Every resident of Yekaterinburg will be able to see the Battle of the Ice with his own eyes and even feel like a participant in it. An exhibition about Alexander Nevsky began to be mounted in the Russia – My History Museum . This year marks 800 years since the birth of the Novgorod and Kiev prince, an exhibition about him will open on June 11 .
The exposition “Alexander Nevsky. The Destiny of Russia ”is based on the concept of learning through entertainment. For example, walking along a 40-meter curved screen, visitors will see the streets of Veliky Novgorod, restored with the help of video projectors, and will be able to look into the houses of Novgorodians. The organizers will use the same equipment to recreate the Battle of the Neva. The exhibition is created by Illogic and is being organized with the support of the St. Catherine Foundation.
– The main site of the exhibition will be dedicated to the Battle of the Ice on Lake Peipsi. The technology of direct influence on all human senses is used here, and the guests of the exhibition will feel like participants in those events, the organizers said.
