The roundtable MUSEUMIFICATION OF CITIES OR URBANIZATION OF THE FUTURE will take place at the 25th SPIEF (San Peterburg International Economic Forum) the 16th of Jun.
“Much of the public discussion about cities with important historical heritage revolves around the contradiction between urbanization and museumification. Should they be developed or preserved? On the one hand, no one would deny the importance of preserving a historical environment; after all, a city is a space of history. On the other hand, cities need to be constantly renovated.”
